What kind of automotive shop is Dub & Ring?
Dub & Ring is a full-service, "dealer replacement" automotive repair and performance shop specializing in Volkswagen Audi Group vehicles. We focus on long term relationships, quality workmanship, honest diagnostics, and dependable reliability—whether it’s routine maintenance, complex diagnostics and repairs, or exciting new modifications. We can do everything the dealership can do, offer a better smoother more consistent experience, and at a better value.

What vehicles do you work on?
We primarily service European brands such as Audi, BMW, Volkswagen, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, and MINI. We are trained and more than happy to work on all makes and model of cars and trucks. If you’re unsure whether we work on your vehicle due to weight restrictions of our lifts, please feel free to contact us.

Appointments & Scheduling

Do I need an appointment?
Yes, appointments are strongly recommended to ensure proper scheduling and dedicated time for your vehicle. Walk-ins may be accommodated in acute coordination with our team, depending on availability.

How do I schedule an appointment?

What are your hours of operation?
We are open Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM. Friday's we are open 8:30 AM -5:00 PM.

Diagnostics & Repairs

Do you provide diagnostics?
Yes. We perform comprehensive diagnostics using professional-grade tools and hands-on inspection to accurately identify issues before recommending repairs.

Will you contact me before doing any work?
Absolutely. No repairs are performed without your approval. We’ll explain the issue, outline your options, and provide an estimate before proceeding.

Do you use OEM or aftermarket parts?
We primarily use OEM or high-quality OEM-equivalent parts. Aftermarket options are available upon request, depending on your goals and budget. Repairs completed utilizing used/refurbished parts have a limited warranty.

Pricing & Payments

How much do repairs cost?
Repair costs vary depending on the vehicle and scope of work. After diagnostics, we provide clear estimates so there are no surprises. Our labor rate is $180/hr.

Do you charge a diagnostic fee?
Yes, diagnostic fees are assessed to determine the concern and causation. In some cases, the diagnostic cost is applied toward the repair. Diagnostic labor rate is $199/hr and limited to 2hrs per concern.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept many common and convenient forms of payment. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and PayPal, as well as offer payment plans with Affirm and Sunbit. Please contact us if you have questions about specific payment options.
