Warranty Statement & Service Guarantee

Our Commitment to Quality

We take extreme pride in our workmanship, and a very significant factor in the confidence of our guarantee is the parts we install and the vendors from which we choose to buy. Because we adhere to the highest standards of repair and emphasize having a great relationship with our parts vendors, we offer an industry-leading warranty that significantly outperforms dealership coverage.

Our Standard Warranty:

3 Years / 36,000 Miles

Whichever comes first

To put this in perspective, our coverage is triple the standard warranty offered by VW and Audi dealerships, and 1.5x the length of the standard Porsche dealership warranty. When you service your vehicle with us, you are protected for the long haul.

Terms & Conditions

Due to this unparalleled warranty, we as a small, honest shop need to have some protections in place. Everyone likes peace of mind.

1. Customer-Supplied Parts (C.S.P.)

To ensure the reliability and safety of your vehicle, we strongly advise against the use of customer-supplied parts. Many websites sell parts that are used, are replicas, or have failed factory quality control (QC) and are being sold at a discounted rate.

  • Policy: We generally do not accept customer-supplied parts.

  • Waiver: If an exception is made and we agree to install customer-supplied parts, the customer must agree to waive all warranty coverage completely. We cannot be held responsible for the longevity, fitment, or performance of parts we did not source. We have a waiver for customers to sign if they would like to opt for C.S.P.

2. Voiding the Warranty

Our warranty covers our workmanship and the parts we sourced. The warranty will be immediately voided under any and all of the following circumstances:

  • Outside Interference: If the customer attempts to fix the issue themselves, or takes the vehicle to another mechanic/facility for inspection or repair before allowing us to diagnose the alleged failure.

  • Reporting Timeline: You must notify us immediately upon noticing an issue. The vehicle must be dropped off at our facility within 24 hours of notifying us of the problem.

  • Negligence: If the customer knowingly continues to drive the vehicle after symptoms of a failure (noises, warning lights, leaks, or drivability issues) have appeared.

3. Vehicle Transport & Towing

We are not responsible for additional damage incurred by driving a vehicle with an active issue to our shop. If an issue is present, a warning light is on, or the car is driving poorly/smoking/leaking/etc:

  • Do Not Drive: Please arrange a tow* to prevent catastrophic damage.

  • *Towing Coverage: If the failure is confirmed to be a warranty issue, we will cover at least 50% of the towing cost. If the failure is determined to be a direct result of our workmanship, we will cover up to 100% of the towing cost. Subject to change if determined to be outside factors or interference.
